A reliable and efficient system for bulk material handling customized for your needs.
Push floor systems are designed for handling heavy, wet and generally non-free flowing bulk solid materials. They are well suited for different applications such as discharging and disposing wastes and materials as well as handling sewage sludge, scraps, and wood chips. Push floors can also deliver bulk solid materials from bunkers to screw conveyors and other processing equipment.
Push floors are driven by components and a hydraulic system. This system is responsible for moving ladder lookalikes called parallel pusher frames in a repetitive back and forth motion across the flat floor. This way, the machinery picks up stored bulk material and delivers it to other machines, such as screw conveyors. In discharging the bulk material, accurate metering will be needed to ensure consistency and prevent spillage.
With over six decades of engineering expertise, RDCI offers a complete push floor system that can convey and discharge non-free flowing and difficult to handle bulk products. Our partnerships with leading manufacturers ensure that you will get state-of-the-art machinery configured for your unique business needs. We provide complete service from installing push floor systems to maintaining their smooth performance.
